Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, PII protocols)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support homeland security operations
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for federal compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal data analysis or government contracting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Tableau or Power BI certification and dashboard development experience
- Familiarity with federal data security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
