Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, OMB guidelines)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support public health program evaluation
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive summaries and data briefings
- Maintain data governance frameworks and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal data privacy and security protocols
- Experience with healthcare or public sector data highly desirable
