Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets from various federal sources.
- Design and develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to support executive decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to evaluate program performance and compliance.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and strict adherence to federal data standards and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical data findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for government stakeholders and internal leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Active Secret clearance or willingness to obtain one.
