Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to translate raw data into strategic recommendations.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards, data governance policies, and security protocols.
- Perform statistical modeling and forecasting to support long-term program planning.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in federal government or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance (if applicable).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
