Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze massive volumes of federal and public sector data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data integrity standards, security protocols, and compliance regulations (FISMA, FAR, OMB).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy makers and IT specialists, to translate raw data into strategic business recommendations.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and reporting architectures to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for complex data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
