Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and compliance issues
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for real-time reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with policy teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Adhere to strict federal data security protocols and FISMA compliance standards
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise, data-driven briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal or regulated industry data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, OMB Circular A-130)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
