Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to drive informed decision-making
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems for federal compliance requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python/R programming
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations (HIPAA, PII handling)
- Certification in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with large-scale database management (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
