Responsibilities
- Perform complex data modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining to support federal intelligence requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and update interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex datasets for stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all federal data assets in compliance with strict government regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical data solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and government clients.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on data pipelines and reporting tools to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst within the federal sector or government contracting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data manipulation and scripting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data findings into clear, actionable insights.
