- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on research initiatives
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Automate data workflows using ETL processes and cloud technologies
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with federal data security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Strong visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with large datasets (10M+ records)
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
