- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ensure data integrity and security protocols align with federal standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for public sector challenges
- Prepare comprehensive analytical briefings for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Implement data governance frameworks to maintain audit-ready documentation
- Stay current with evolving federal data regulations and privacy laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal or public sector data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R for statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Familiarity with federal data systems (e.g., FedRAMP, DHS systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, AWS Certified Data Analytics)
