Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and strategic insights
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making for defense programs
- Document data methodologies, findings, and recommendations in federal technical reports
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement continuous improvement processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Familiarity with federal data standards and security requirements (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
