Responsibilities

- Design interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics for leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and implement ETL processes
- Present findings to senior officials through concise executive summaries and formal reports
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting emergency response and counter-terrorism operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal government data analysis with security clearance eligibility
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI with portfolio demonstrating complex visualizations
- Deep understanding of federal data compliance frameworks and audit protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with experience briefing executive stakeholders
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
