Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for government stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Document analytical processes and maintain data quality frameworks
- Present findings to senior federal leadership through executive briefings
- Support continuous improvement of data governance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems or government contracts
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Tableau or Power BI certification preferred
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong understanding of federal data regulations (CUI, PII)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
