- Analyze and interpret large-scale agricultural datasets to identify trends and inform policy decisions

- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive leadership presentations
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to harmonize data collection methodologies
- Conduct statistical modeling and predictive analytics for resource allocation planning
- Document data processes and maintain data dictionaries for audit readiness
- Present findings to senior officials through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R statistical programming
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Familiarity with USDA data systems (NAIP, NASS) or similar federal databases
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks and privacy regulations
