Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to generate actionable insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DoD initiatives
- Develop automated reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools
- Familiarity with federal data governance and compliance standards
- Strong experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
