Responsibilities
- Data Management & Integrity: Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high data quality standards and compliance with strict government protocols.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to support federal program evaluations, budget forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure strict adherence to federal data security regulations (e.g., FISMA) and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive government information.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate actionable intelligence, and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Experience: Prior experience working with or under a federal government contract is highly preferred.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of data privacy laws, federal reporting standards, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
