Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Support compliance audits and documentation for federal regulatory requirements
- Design and implement data quality control frameworks
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive summaries and data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal government data systems and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of federal data security protocols and regulations
- Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
