Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large, complex datasets from various federal sources and internal systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for government programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with all federal regulations and data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Familiarity with federal government data structures and security clearance processes (Secret clearance preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for translating technical data into business insights.
