Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Develop automated data pipelines for real-time intelligence reporting systems
- Create interactive visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (NIST, FISMA) and classification protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable intelligence for defense operations
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies and data sources
- Support ad-hoc data requests from senior leadership within 24-hour response window
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems and government compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance within 30 days
- Knowledge of DoD data architecture and intelligence community standards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) for data processing
- Certification in CISSP, CIPP, or equivalent data security credential preferred
