Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to support federal reporting requirements.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate data visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain database integrity and ensure strict compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to eliminate errors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (if required).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
