Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using provided ETL tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for federal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on joint data initiatives
- Document analytical methodologies and data quality processes
- Present findings to senior federal leadership using provided presentation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of federal data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R with provided software
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI (tools provided)
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity
- Active federal security clearance preferred
- Knowledge of federal reporting requirements (OMB, GAO)
