Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal healthcare datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
