Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for federal stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Compliance Support: Ensure all data handling processes comply with federal regulations, including OMB Circular A-123 and FAR requirements.
- Data Integrity: Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of data accuracy and consistency across federal systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.
- System Optimization: Assist in the maintenance and optimization of data management systems to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a defense contractor environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, along with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance or willingness to undergo a government background investigation.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of federal acquisition regulations and data security protocols.
