Responsibilities
Design and implement data collection systems and analytical models to help improve business operations and decision-making.Conduct complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and R to derive insights from federal datasets.Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI for executive leadership.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with federal regulations (e.g., NIST, FISMA).Prepare detailed reports and briefings for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize reporting processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one immediately.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical software (SAS, R).Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
