Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Prepare detailed reports and executive presentations that clearly communicate complex data findings.
- Ensure all data analysis processes comply with strict federal regulations, security protocols, and OMB guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection processes and improve system efficiency.
- Conduct statistical modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain and update database schemas and documentation to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with federal data systems (e.g., JDE, SAP) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
