Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data modeling strategies to support federal agency objectives.
- Visualize complex datasets using Tableau and PowerBI to present findings to high-level stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols and compliance regulations (FISMA, NIST).
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize legacy federal databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal data analysis or related government contracting roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC in a federal environment.
