Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of federal and public sector data to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to government clients and internal teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection processes and improve system performance.
- Perform statistical analysis to support policy development and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or SAS).
- Strong understanding of federal data privacy laws and security protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain or hold a Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (if applicable).
