Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Analysts: Support the collection, cleaning, and processing of large datasets for federal reporting requirements.
- Data Visualization: Create clear, professional charts and graphs using Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Database Management: Perform basic queries and maintenance on SQL databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Compliance Support: Help maintain documentation required for federal security and audit compliance.
- Reporting: Draft weekly and monthly status reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Research: Conduct research on federal data trends to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, Political Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
