Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive briefings
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security standards (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to define data requirements and deliverables
- Document analytical processes and maintain data dictionaries
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive government information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Excellent communication skills with experience translating technical concepts
- Attention to detail with proven experience in data validation
- U.S. citizenship required
