Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all data analysis and reporting strictly adhere to federal compliance standards and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (preferred for federal roles).
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the federal government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying) and Python for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Deep understanding of federal regulations, data privacy laws, and FedRAMP standards.
