Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for leadership briefings
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive summaries and technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and reporting systems
- Support audit preparation and maintain rigorous data governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal/government data analysis roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Expertise in federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS)
