Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify security trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Ensure data compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to support counter-terrorism operations
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple secure databases
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects for emerging threats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal or government data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R
- Security clearance eligibility (or current clearance)
- Advanced knowledge of federal data privacy regulations
- Experience with geospatial data analysis (GIS/QGIS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CISSP or CIPP certification a plus
