Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems and cybersecurity protocols
- Implement security compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives
- Provide technical support to federal agencies
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing
- Develop disaster recovery and continuity plans
- Mentor junior IT specialists
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in federal IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance
- Strong project management skills (PMP preferred)
