Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale datasets from various federal sources to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop complex data models and statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights for stakeholders.
- Design and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Prepare detailed reports and executive summaries to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve reporting methodologies.
- Ensure all data processing adheres to federal security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Experience with federal government contracts and security clearance processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
