Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure strict data accuracy, security, and compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings that translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection processes and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Deep understanding of data privacy laws, security protocols, and federal reporting standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
