Responsibilities
- Analyze federal budget allocations, expenditures, and financial performance data
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for congressional oversight and agency leadership
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to support strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with federal accounting standards (FASAB) and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on grant management and program funding
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of financial analysis or accounting experience
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX, FMIS) and Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP and federal financial management regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
