Responsibilities
- Analyze federal financial data and regulatory compliance requirements
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional stakeholders and agency leadership
- Coordinate with state/local governments on federal grant programs
- Develop policy recommendations for Treasury initiatives
- Manage cross-agency projects with 15+ federal partners
- Conduct risk assessments for financial systems
- Mentor junior analysts and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal government experience required
- GS-9 level equivalent or higher
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, R, Tableau)
- Active Secret security clearance
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Experience with federal grant management systems
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
