Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefit claims with precision and empathy
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess eligibility for VA programs
- Develop personalized benefit plans for veterans and their families
- Collaborate with medical and legal teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain accurate documentation in VA case management systems
- Provide clear guidance on VA policies and procedures
- Participate in community outreach to raise awareness of available benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in public administration, social work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or case management experience
- Familiarity with federal regulations and VA benefit programs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and compassion
- Proficiency in VA claims processing systems (VBMS, VBA)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
