Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit claims with 98% accuracy and timeliness standards
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships for veteran support services
- Develop and implement outreach programs for underserved veteran populations
- Analyze federal compliance requirements and ensure operational adherence
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams on veteran-centered initiatives
- Utilize VA systems for case tracking and data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 3+ years federal government or veteran services experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA, VISTA)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- VA Form 10-2850c application submission
- Knowledge of 38 CFR regulations and veteran benefit programs
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- US citizenship required
