Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal applications and employment documents with strict adherence to regulations.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate background checks for immediate hire candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of employee tenure and pension eligibility.
- Communicate complex federal policies and benefits, specifically regarding pension plans, to new hires.
- Collaborate with HR specialists to ensure compliance with federal labor laws and OPM guidelines.
- Provide exceptional client service to federal agencies requiring immediate staffing solutions.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
- Proven experience in government administration, HR, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of federal benefits structures, specifically pension and retirement plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening.
- Proficiency with government databases and office software.
