Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit claims processing with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate inter-agency communications for veteran support services
- Conduct compliance audits of departmental procedures
- Develop training materials for new federal employees
- Analyze data to improve service delivery metrics
- Represent the agency at community outreach events
- Maintain strict confidentiality of veteran records
- Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years federal government experience preferred
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued credit card
- U.S. citizenship required
