Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on DoD networks
- Develop incident response plans and lead cybersecurity breach mitigation
- Manage security information and event management (SIEM) systems
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, CUI, and DFARS requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on security architecture projects
- Provide cybersecurity training to personnel at all levels
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in federal information security
- CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA CySA+ certification
- Expertise in RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and FISMA compliance
- Proficiency with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys)
- Experience with DoD ACES and JPAS systems
