Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure supporting veteran healthcare systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive veteran data
- Coordinate system upgrades and technology integration projects
- Provide technical support to staff across multiple VA facilities
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with federal systems
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Familiarity with VA-specific IT systems and regulations
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
