Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure including network systems, servers, and cloud platforms
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for agency-wide IT systems
- Develop and document IT policies and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical projects
- Ensure compliance with federal IT standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Lead system upgrades and migration projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration or cybersecurity
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in network security tools (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Familiarity with federal IT regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical documentation abilities
