Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure supporting healthcare delivery systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive veteran data
- Provide technical support for electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Develop and document IT policies and standard operating procedures
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance for new deployments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience in federal or regulated environments
- Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Demonstrated experience with ITIL framework and incident management
