Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, NIST standards, and agency-specific policies.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for federal clients with a focus on minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and upgrade IT systems and software solutions.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to protect sensitive government data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contracting or information technology support.
- Current Security+ or CISSP certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
