Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems and hardware to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Analyze technical requirements and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce federal cybersecurity standards (FISMA) to protect sensitive data.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to end-users across the facility.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (4 years of specialized experience may be substituted).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of federal IT policies, FISMA compliance, and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical staff.
