Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems in compliance with FISMA standards
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for network infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Coordinate system upgrades and disaster recovery initiatives
- Develop documentation for IT policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal IT systems administration
- Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CMMC)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
