Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure federal information systems and networks.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect agency data and information systems.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a federal environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA and NIST standards.
- Conduct regular system audits and provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or civilian IT support and systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
