Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal information systems and networks in compliance with DoD and VA security standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal applications.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and implement necessary security patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IT solutions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical services.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Experience with federal IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity protocols.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation.
